HarvestFest was held for the first time in 2009. We hope this will be the first of many to be held in the years to come. This mission event, was held at the Brian King Centre in Warman, Saskatchewan between the 24th and 26th of April 2009. The theme chosen was “Giving Glory To The Lord Of The Harvest” .
Every session was preceded by worship time led by Music praise teams. It was multi-cultural in nature and some of the teams were:

- Myanmar Group – The Baw Family
- Filipino Group – Daph Apaya
- Canadian Group – Adam Dyck/Facedown from Nipawin Bible College
Each session had an eminent Key-Note Speaker to set the tone:

Offerings were received at all sessions (Friday Eve, Sat Morning, Sat. Evening & Sun Afternoon) and were designated to the following worthy cause:
- Kids Church – First Nations Alliance
- Relief for Ethiopian Villages (FH Canada/FH Ethiopia)
- Bibles for Cuba and Afghanistan (OMS)
An ethnic food court had been set up and it offered dishes from:
- India
- Philippines
- China
- Local Mennonites
The average Attendance was 125 people per session.
