The Lord created us in His own image but each one unique - different colours, distinct cultures, speaking different languages and the uniqueness extends to the food we eat too!
The Ethnic Food court has been planned to give the attendees a flavour of different cultures and a taste of their food.
There are only 6 spots available for those interested in setting up a booth. Each booth will be of 8ft x 6ft space and a 6 ft. long table will be provided. Food Court Booths must represent a nation or region.
Food vendors should ensure that all the Food safety guidelines stipulated by the regional authorities are followed.
The vendors may sell food only against the coupons sold by the central cashier and cash may not be accepted. Coupon may be redeemed at the end of the day at the Cashier table
No refrigeration equipment will be available at the Festival premises. Kitchen facilities available only for heating purposes.
The law prohibits cooking inside the building. Electric skillets are permitted at the booth, but only to keep food warm - not to cook it! Other legal ways to keep food warm inside include heat lamps, Sterno, electric warming trays and crock pots.
